1What CO-FEE is

CO-FEE is a fee bridge on Robinhood Chain. A token launched through CO-FEE on pons names a vault as the recipient of its creator fees, and that vault belongs to one GitHub repository. The vault collects the fees and books the larger share of them to that repository, to be released in ETH to whoever proves they control it. CO-FEE is operated by its team and is not a bank, a broker, an exchange or a money transmitter.

2No affiliation

CO-FEE is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to GitHub, Inc., pons, Robinhood, Paxos or any project listed on this site. Their names are used only to describe where a token trades and how a payout travels. A repository named by a launcher has not been asked and has not agreed to anything.

3Launching a token

When you launch, you pay the launchpad fee and the gas yourself, in ETH. The fee direction is written into the launch transaction, and you cannot change it afterwards. CO-FEE's operator key can hand a token's fee stream over to someone else by calling remettre; every such transfer is published on chain with the reference it relied on. You confirm that you have the right to use the name, ticker, image and description you provide, and you understand that naming a repository is not that project's endorsement.

4Registering an existing token

You may point a token already launched on pons at a repository by calling transferCreatorFeeRecipient from the wallet that currently receives its fees. That is a transaction you sign yourself. Once the vault receives them, the same rules apply as to a token launched here.

5Named repositories

A repository named by a launcher has not signed up for anything. It owes CO-FEE nothing, and CO-FEE owes it what has been booked to it. A balance is released once someone who controls the repository proves it, by committing a claim file to its default branch. A balance nobody claims stays booked: it does not expire. Maintainers may ask to be removed at any time; the tokens pointing at the repository come off the site and CO-FEE stops collecting their fees.

6Risks

Tokens launched through CO-FEE are speculative and may lose all of their value. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. CO-FEE depends on pons, where the tokens trade, and on Robinhood Chain, neither of which it controls, and on smart contracts that may contain defects and have not been audited. Read the Disclosures.

7Prohibited use

You may not use CO-FEE to impersonate a project or a person for fraud, to launder funds, to evade sanctions, or to publish content that is illegal where you or the named project are located. CO-FEE may remove a token from the site for any of these reasons. The fee direction on chain is not affected, because CO-FEE cannot change it either.

8The service as it is

CO-FEE is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, CO-FEE is not liable for losses arising from the use of the site, the contracts, the launchpad or the chain.
